Types of BOMA Membership:
Principal Member
A Principal Member is a legal entity owning, developing, managing, leasing, controlling or otherwise involved with real estate in the nature of commercial, corporate, government institutional and medical buildings.
Principal Single Membership
$350 – Under 100,000 sq. ft.
$650 – 100,000 sq. ft. or larger
Engineering Membership
$450 per year
Principal Building Membership
$1,350 – One International member per full paid membership
Principal Corporate Membership
$2,200 – Six members total; three on Int’l roster
Associate Member
An Associate Member is an individual or legal entity who subscribes to the objectives of the Association, but is not directly involved with the management of commercial real estate.
Associate Membership
$750 - One International member per full paid membership
