DOM Part II provides information property and facility managers need to make management decisions about various building systems which increase occupant safety and comfort while facilitating building efficiency to meet the business goals of your organization. DOM Part I is NOT a prerequisite to DOM Part II and is a completely separate course. Feel free to take any of the required designation courses in the order that best suites your goals and timeframe.

For anyone who has NOT taken an accelerated course in awhile, there are 15 chapters which will be reviewed in condensed version over the course weekend. Advance reading of the course book is highly recommended to ensure successful results. A 2 hour exam will follow the classroom review on Sunday 7/19.
