The Building Owners and Managers Association of Florida (BOMA Florida) consists of over 1,200 members representing the majority of office space and buildings in the State of Florida. This organization not only includes Owners/ Property Managers, but, various types of associate members servicing the commercial industry such as HVAC, engineers, carpet suppliers, roofing contractors, appraisers, painters, alarms, lawyers, etc...

BOMA Southern Region has provided commercial real estate with a forum to discuss, educate and advocate issues in the southern United States for almost 90 years. With 17 local associations and one state organization represented within the 9 states and 3,000 members, BOMA Southern Region has become a rich tapestry of the history of commercial real estate in the South. BOMA Southern Region welcomes our newest member organization BOMA Southwest Florida, located in Fort Meyers/Naples Florida.

BOMA International was founded in 1907 as the National Association of Building Owners and Managers. The association assumed its present name in 1968 as it broadened its reach to include Canada and other affiliates around the globe. Today, BOMA International represents 92 local associations throughout the United States and 12 affiliates in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Philippines, Russia and South Africa. BOMA's 16,500-plus members own or manage more than nine billion square feet of commercial properties in North America.
