The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Committee is responsible for coordinating the annual, local phase of the international BOMA Office Building of the Year Awards Program. The committee actively solicits entrants in the local competition, adheres to the criteria for entry and judging as developed by BOMA International, coordinates the design, production, and mailing of the entry brochures and award invitations, selects the judges and trophies, coordinates the awards ceremony.
