The purpose of the BOMA Miami-Dade Government Affairs Committee is to promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry through legislative analysis, advocacy and member education.
The Government Affairs Committee shall work to improve conditions relative to the ownership and management of commercial real property, particularly where they may relate to municipal, state and federal legislative, code, judicial and regulatory actions. Through accomplishing these goals, we seek to provide a valid service and further enhance BOMA’s effectiveness and image. Through these initiatives and successfully reaching our goals, we feel we will draw other members by exposure to the community enhancing our community’s effectiveness and our image – becoming better known.
